MEMBERSHIPS (CELLO CLUB)
By joining the Cello Club:
You agree to recurring billing (monthly or annual, depending on your selection)
Payments are automatically charged on your billing date
You may cancel at any time
After cancellation:
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will occur
We do not offer “pause” functionality unless stated.
PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in your selected currency and are subject to change.
You agree to provide current and valid payment information.
If a payment fails:
Access to services may be suspended until resolved
REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of our products:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind
We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time
However, nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If you experience a technical issue or believe a product is faulty, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
If you participate in live sessions or community spaces:
Be respectful and supportive of others
No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour
